Set at an altitude of 13,050 feet or 3,979 metres, Rohtang Pass is one of the most famous and visited tourist attractions in the region. Due to high Rohtang Pass – Manali elevation, this region can feel cold even during summer months. In fact, this is the highest point on the famous Manali – Keylong road.
Most people visit Rohtang Pass because it offers a panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains. It’s a mesmerizing and breathtaking experience. Near Rohtang, you can also visit Dassaur Lake and Beas Kund. Rohtang Pass is closed during winter months.
