Fitness Required for Kanamo Peak Trek
At high altitude as the air gets thinner oxygen becomes less abundant. The percentage saturation of hemoglobin with oxygen determines the content of oxygen in our blood. After the human body reaches around 2,100 m (7,000 feet) above sea level, the level of oxygen in our hemoglobin begins to plummet. However, the human body has both short-term and long-term adaptations to altitude that allow it to partially compensate for the lack of oxygen.
The Kanamo Peak Trek is amoderate trek suitable for first time trekker with basic to above average fitness

Trekking Experience: Prior trekking experience is helpful for this trek but not necessary.

Kanamo Peak Trek is famous in Spiti Valley Trekking Circuit, Kanamo Peak Height is around 5964 Meters above sea level makes it a attractive peak to climb. Kanamo Peak Trek distance is around 21 Kms but altitude gain is good. Kanamo Peak Indiahikes gave us an offer but we opt for Renok Adventures and the decision was worth it. Kanamo Peak Trek is the most famous Spiti Valley Trek Package.
