Why This Trek?

Dhumdhar Kandi Pass was first recognized in 1815 by James Baillie and a team from West Bengal climbed this pass. In ancient times, this trail was used by natives to reach the remote Tons valley. It links Bhagirathi to Tons valley which starts from Sian Gad’s confluence. On this trek you get to explore the small but beautiful Himalayan villages and go through different parts of meadows and snowfields with astonishing views of Swargarohini, Black Peak and Bandarpoonch.
