Fitness Required for Kashmir Great Lakes Trek
At high altitude as the air gets thinner oxygen becomes less abundant. The percentage saturation of hemoglobin with oxygen determines the content of oxygen in our blood. After the human body reaches around 2,100 m (7,000 feet) above sea level, the level of  oxygen in our hemoglobin begins to plummet. However, the human body has both short-term and long-term adaptations to altitude that allow it to partially compensate for the lack of oxygen. The Kashmir Great Lakes Trek is an easy trek suitable for first time trekker with basic fitness Trekking Experience: Ideal trek for a beginner.Fitness Required: The Kashmir Great Lakes Trek falls in the category of easy treks. I did Kashmir Great Lakes Trek with Renok Adventures and absolutely fell with the entire team, be it our local trek leader cum guide and their choice of campsites which is best in comparison to other trek operators. Their local support is so best in what they do, Hats off to them… and the best part of the trek was the small group of about 15 trekkers while other companies we going like sheep herds.

It seems that most of the organisers Of this Trek of Great Lakes of Kashmir ( Like you, Trek the himalayas, India Hikes etc) have same days of Departure from Sonmarg. Does it mean that all of you share the same camp sites, as the trek itinery is also the same. I suppose the leaders, cooks and other supporting staff will be separate. Does it become too crowded at cam sites and along the trek with so many groups travelling on same days., It wont be much fun if there is too much crowd of different organisers.
    Thanks
