How high is the Snowline Triund trek?

Triund is located at a height of over 10,000 feet above sea level. Due to magnificent views of the Dhauladhar range, Triund is one of the most visited trekking destinations in the country. Moreover, the trek is not very difficult, and it takes about 4 hours to reach the top of the hill. It’s only 9 km from the town center in McLeodganj. Once you’ve reached the ridge, Triund to Snowline trek distance takes about 2 hours to cover. It’s located at a height of 10,826 feet. This stretch of the trek is pretty steep. However, once you’ve reached Snowline, you can rest at the Forest Department’s Rest House. You can book a room in advance to stay overnight and soak in the mesmerizing views of the star-lit sky.
 
A lot of trekkers even go further to Indrahar-Pass. Since it’s located at over 14,000 feet above sea level, you’re able to catch amazing views of the entire valley. Moreover, it’s the closest snowline in the entire Himalayan range. Near Snowline Cafe, you can even visit the famous Kunal Pathri Devi Temple. This is located at a distance of about 60 minutes from the cafe. But the views make every minute of the journey worth it.
