All routes to Ladakh are open in July, including the Manali – Leh and Srinagar – Leh highways. Even internal roads leading to Nubra Valley, Tso Moriri, and Pangong Tso are easily accessible. Since July is considered to be the peak season, guesthouses, hotels, and touristy activities are operational.
