How to get to Bagdogra:
By Air:
Bagdogra has its own airport- The Bagdogra Custom International Airport. It is located about 16 km from Siliguri in the northern part of West Bengal. It is the gateway airport to the hill station towns of Darjeeling, Kurseong, Mirik, and Kalimpong and to the state of Sikkim. The airport is a major stop in the region with flights connecting Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Guwahati. The airport also has regular helicopter flights to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim.
By Road:
It is connected by two National Highways – NH 31 and NH 31C. It provides a gateway to the state of North – East India. It connects Jhumri, Tilaiya, Koderma, Nawada, Bihar Sharif, Harnaut, Bakhtiarpur, Mokameh, Begusarai, Purnea, Dalkhola, Kishanganj, Bagdogra, Siliguri, Malbazar, Dhupguri, Alipurduar, Birpara, Islampur, Sonapur, Bidhan Nagar, Khari Bari, Nepal etc.
By Rail:
The nearest railway station is the NFR Siliguri which connects many towns like Siliguri, Bagdogra, Naxalbari, Aluabari, Kishanganj, and Katihar.
